Kevin Mindley discovered his passion for food in his native Jamaica, where he attended the culinary academy at Runaway Bay, Saint Ann Parish located on Jamaica’s north coast. Kevin continued practicing his craft at Royal Plantation Resort by Sandals before accepting a position in 2004 located in Florida. Since his arrival in the states, Kevin has continued to work in a variety of restaurants venues before realizing his true passion for cooking in the private club industry. Prior to his tenure at P.M.G.C. Kevin help lead teams at the Waldorf Astoria and Gulf Harbor Yacht & Country Club. Kevin is currently an active member of the American Culinary Federation. He enjoys spending quality time with his family, learning new culinary traditions, and cultures.
