A long, straightaway par 4 pointed west southwest with water along the entire right side of the hole. The left side of the hole is heavily guarded by a continuous sand bunker complex running over 200 yards in length through the tee shot target area. The prevailing wind blows left to right across the fairway. The second shot target area is broad and, for the bomber that goes for the green on his second shot, is hitting to a small green with water on his left, right and in back of the green.
