This hole is a very strong dogleg right par 4 hole with the tee shot pointed into the prevailing wind. The initial 60 percent of the right side of the fairway is guarded by water. The second shot requires the player to hit a long, high trajectory shot onto a large, long green that is well fortified by sand bunkers on the left of the putting surface and just one sand bunker on the front right of the target green.
