Craig McQuown, a native of the Pittsburgh area in western Pennsylvania, completed his education at The Academy of the Culinary Arts. He embarked on an internship in Pinehurst, North Carolina, before making his way to Southwest Florida. Throughout his journey, he solidified his presence as a prominent club and resort chef, having lent his culinary expertise to esteemed establishments such as Quail West, Naples Yacht Club, and La Playa. He is excited and honored to join Pelican Marsh Golf Club as the new Chef de Cuisine, working alongside Chef Chad
