Dear Pelican Marsh Members,
Please join us for á la carte dining on Thursday evening, August 25th, from 5 to 8PM with Happy Hour drink prices from 5 to 7PM. Our full menu will be offered, (Click here to view) as well as the following featured items:
Soup of the Evening: Tomato Basil
Macadamia Encrusted Grouper: Finished in a ginger lemon grass sauce, served with ancient grain pilaf and fresh vegetables 32
Chicken Alfredo: Served with penne pasta sautéed grape tomatoes and fresh parmesan 20
Vegetarian: Eggplant parmesan, topped with fresh mozzarella and served with linguini, topped with marinara sauce 18
Chef's Pizza Selection: Our house crust, topped with pizza sauce, mozzarella, roasted red peppers, hot Capicola, and parmesan cheese 13
Grilled Cowgirl Ribeye: Finished with a chanterelle port wine reduction, served with creamy mashed potatoes and fresh vegetables 40
